My experience with purchasing a car from Lute Riley was great. My wife and I were exhausted and frustrated while looking for a vehicle. Earlier that day, we drove to Grand Prairie just to be let down from looking at their website, which needed to be updated. After making it home, I returned to the computer, located a few artmobiles in the area we were interested in, made some calls to ensure they were there, and had time to go and test drive. The first place we went to was just minutes away and had something we liked, but we needed help getting the AC to run correctly. Lute Riley was our next stop, and mind you; we have purchased two cars from them in the past. Well, they took our information and pulled the car upfront. It was spotless and ready to go. Capital One had already preapproved me, but they ran my information and found me a better rate with the APR. I will admit that I was unhappy with running my credit in more than one place, but they made me very happy when it was all said and done. It was great teamwork how they executed the sale, from the website, the person on the phone, the lady at the front desk, the salesperson, the sales manager, and those who made sure the car was clean and ready to go.
