The service department took care of an issue with my tire on a busy Saturday even though I didn't have an appointment. I inquired about a used car on the night of 1/3/23. Mike, a salesperson, called me at 7:00 and set up an appointment for me to come in the next day. When I spoke with him, he confirmed the vehicle was Mike, a salesperson, called me at 7:00 and set up an appointment for me to come in the next day. When I spoke with him, he confirmed the vehicle was there. I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle on 1/4/23 and was informed that the vehicle was sent for wholesale. I wasted a couple of hours of my time so they could get me into the showroom and show me what else they had to offer. As of the morning of 1/6/2023, it is still showing in their inventory yet they don't have it. More
