Theresa Griffith was a blessing, helping navigate the requirements to file a claim with USAA on my behalf in spite of the insurance company sending incorrect email and phone numbers which greatly delayed requirements to file a claim with USAA on my behalf in spite of the insurance company sending incorrect email and phone numbers which greatly delayed the repairs. Melissa J was my service advisor. She was very courteous and helpful. I was concerned that I might have a problem with my electrical system. They evaluated it and determined all I needed was a new battery. I appreciate that they were honest and simply replaced the battery for a reasonable price and did not try to sell me other services. There was no charge for the electrical system evaluation. More
