I called the dealership to ask about repair of my car. A local garage broke off a lug nut and was unable to fix today. Within two hours, my wheel was repaired, brake fluid flushed, and the bonus of a free car wash, thanks to Ryan. The cashier also helped with a discount coupon. My very lucky day.
