At first I called the dealership to make an appointment, before I even gave the whole detail the lady said that my vehicle was not on recall, so next day I took my care anyway and drove up to the service ce before I even gave the whole detail the lady said that my vehicle was not on recall, so next day I took my care anyway and drove up to the service center, where I was greeted by a middle age gentleman, I told him about my experience the other day, he very professional took care of me, then another gentleman came and took all the details and told me my car would be ready today most likely, but to be on the safe side, definitely tomorrow’ morning because they were very busy, long story short, I got my car that evening and I was very pleased with the overall visit, very impressed and satisfied by the professional and efficient service .
