I needed an oil change & tire rotation. They were super busy but luckily Logan set me up with my service. He was super professional & made it seem like I was the only customer there. I had been having difficulty with a starter issue on my Accord. I had taken it to another place prior to Lute Riley, and the issue never went away. He knew what the problem was, promised it would be taken care of, and did his best to assure me of same day turn around. I received notifications periodically of timelines and of my car. I had my car back by 1pm! Kyle Owen was my service writer, and he was so helpful. I will never have my car worked on anywhere else than Lute Riley Honda. Also, my wife and I bought both of our cars here as well. It’s our family’s choice for car service and purchases. More
