The work done was done well. However, I waited in the waiting room from 11:30 AM until close to 5:00 PM and was never contacted by anyone with a status update. I finally walked down and asked. I was able to pay (close to $2,000) and leave by around 5:30 PM. That's six hours of waiting and not being kept informed. you should consider improving you customer service. Note: I don't know the names of anyone I worked with, so having this survey force me to rate at least one person by name is inappropriate. I was presented with a huge bill before they even opened the hood. I regret purchasing a service package. Better to pay as you go.
