We dropped the car off the night before as 6:30 am is way too early. I received a text right away in the morning to let me know they found my car and were getting to work on it. From start to finish my experience was nothing less than completely satisfying. The new facility is great! The ease of access in dropping off the car is remarkable and the only thing lacking in the waitin completely satisfying. The new facility is great! (Oh well, the view of the Atlantic Ocean to the east ain't bad.) For me the best part of the experience was Tyler, my customer service rep. What a guy -- professional and courteous and knowledgeable through and through. When I was done and drove off I said to myself, "I used to buy cars for the make and model. Now I am forever a Subaruite because of the service center. No kidding. More
