Thank you for reaching out to us directly in regard to your recent visit. I am very sorry to hear that your visit went longer than quoted. We have since reviewed the repair order details and spoken at length to your advisor about what occurred. We accept full responsibility for the lapse in judgement and failure to meet your expectations that day. In retrospect, he should have provided an updated quote to have all the additional maintenance services on top of the original scheduled services. I agree that he definitely should have provided a status update and let you know it would not be completed at the quoted time of 2:30PM that day. Your advisor expresses he is very sorry for the mistake and had no intentions to take advantage of you nor delay the important business commitments you had that afternoon. We highly appreciate your feedback and bringing this to your immediate attention so we could further address this on our end.
