I always have a good experience there. Things are well explained to me and I'm given choices within the recommendations. Ironically, one time, when I was getting a burning oil smell inside the car, Bloomington Acura was $800 less than the estimate from my local garage because Acura could figure out exactly what was wrong and the local garage (nice guys!) were a little stumped.
