I know this is nitpicking, but I was surprised not to see floor covering & steering wheel covering, like at my other dealer, when car picked up. The service received was good. However, my lights were turned off and my moon roof was open. If I wouldn't have realized my lights were off, I could have gotten a ticket as I was driving on streets that w turned off and my moon roof was open. My significant failure on the freeway. I called Tyler Newstrom, got in right away. I was offered a loaner car immediatly. Within hours, Tyler explained the scope of work required, and a plan forward. I dropped my car off for its 24 month check up. They had my loaner car all ready for me. I was in and out of there in 15 min or less. They kept me updated with what issues they found.
