Not the usual great service I'm a long-standing customer and usually quite satisfied with the service I receive at Luther, Bloomington. Yesterday (60,000 maintenance service) wa I'm a long-standing customer and usually quite satisfied with the service I receive at Luther, Bloomington. Yesterday (60,000 maintenance service) was the exception for the following reasons: 1. I made a 7:00 a.m. appointment and hadn't been informed that shuttle service didn't begin until 7:30. Obviously I wouldn't have made a 7:00 appointment in that case. Not a big deal. 2. Knowing that the temperatures were going to take a nose dive, I cleaned my car the day before my scheduled service and requested that Luther NOT wash my car. Well, they did wash it and sure enough my door mechanisms were frozen this morning even though it's kept in a garage. 3. My car stalled before I even got out of your parking lot yesterday. Seems to be idling really low. May need to follow up with you on that. 4. When they texted my invoice over, I noticed they hadn't applied the coupons that I had printed out. My service rep rectified that - but of course, it required extra time and effort on my part. 5. When I got in my car this morning I almost freaked when I saw the time, but quickly realized that they had not set the clock to the correct time...or maybe they just didn't set it at all? The clock was reading one hour and 6 minutes later than actual time (weird) and the date defaulted to 2012. Really aggravated me because I find the clock a TOTAL PAIN to set. More

Drop in oil change Stopped in at 8:00 AM for a quick lane oil change on my 2016 Outback. It took less than an hour which was really appreciated. All of the employees were very helpful and courteous. Another great service experience. While waiting, I had a chance to dream about a new Subaru and had a couple of questions that sales helped me with. Enjoyed looking. More

30k mile service + 2 other concerns First, i should have told Tyler our vehicle had been hit on front right side at about the 10k mark(it could have helped him); the grinding noise we ex First, i should have told Tyler our vehicle had been hit on front right side at about the 10k mark(it could have helped him); the grinding noise we experienced (most at 25mph - did not feel worse as speed increased) was diagnosed as a cupping on the interior of all tires. The prognosis was purchase and install 4 new tires and then alignment. I hesitate to spend on tires and alignment if there is some other reason for causing cupping/scalloping of tires such as bent/twisted frame, suspension issue. If the tires that came with vehicle are only rated for 24-30k then that may be the entire reason tires are faulty so soon. I need more guidance on this issue. The electrical noise we heard from right rear passenger door auto door lock(sounds like switch) after lock is actuated at 5mph, could not be repeated at this visit. The service time allotted when Julie made the appointment was for up to 4 hours. When i brought vehicle in Tyler indicated we were going to drop off, but i had to change to customer stay in lounge do to Julie getting flu. Tyler said he will adapt accordingly and the car was returned in 1hr and 40min. - thank-you! It did not receive the complimentary washed though. Thank you for your time. More
