70,000 mile check Purchasing car for my daughter from my mother, Mary Ann. Wanted to check out the car before I handed the keys over. Car was promptly worked on unfortu Purchasing car for my daughter from my mother, Mary Ann. Wanted to check out the car before I handed the keys over. Car was promptly worked on unfortunately I couldn't get it right away so it sat overnight. When I picked up and asked where the car was, she told me where she believed it was. The car was covered in snow and ice. I drive an Infiniti and my husband a BMW - when I pick up my car, they bring me the car, running with defrost/heat on and cleaned off. Nice added feature rather than having to look for my car on the lot and scrape off ice and snow. Also asked about having another key made and was told I needed to provide proof of ownership. Unfortunately, just got the car out of a years storage so haven't changed title yet. Will have to return once that's done so Acura can order me another key. It's the small things that make a great service department. More

OIL FILTER Employees are very friendly and helpful. I had a motor replaced and the oil filter was not put back correctly which cause oil to leak out and burning Employees are very friendly and helpful. I had a motor replaced and the oil filter was not put back correctly which cause oil to leak out and burning odor into my Subaru. Oil filter is basic mechanic work therefore the 3 stars are given. I had to wait 10 days to get my car in so I could have a loaner car. More
