My guy, Victor, was very professional and efficient and the work was finished quicker than I expected. The airbag replacement was free of charge plus I got a free carwash and a couple bags of Chili Cheese Fritos too boot! Not a bad deal. More

Always friendly, always timely, always honest, and consistently accommodating to our needs. Typically there is nothing wrong with the Acura, but the 2 times we had problems - once with the radar unit and once with some strange vibration, they went to bat for us with the manufacturer. Just awesome. I am also impressed how long they are able to keep service advisors around. Evidently, these guys love their job. Nice to see! More

Express Service Lane (Not) Came over for an oil change, 45 minutes from home in Western WI. Choose the express Iane figuring a quick turnaround. The service rep told me after I pulled in that it would take three hours. So not very "express" at all. Sounds like they need more staff and stalls to handle the business. It was a comfortable wait though with free snacks and beverages and nice staff. Just a crazy long wait. More

Oil change I am currently not working. So it was hard for me to even do an oil change. They came and told me the other things I needed done. I could only afford I am currently not working. Disappointing Subaru Quality This is a comment for Subaru as a corporation and not Luther Bloomington. Our car is only three years old and needed a new rack and pinion which was This is a comment for Subaru as a corporation and not Luther Bloomington. Our car is only three years old and needed a new rack and pinion which was approximately a $2,000 fix. Luckily we had an extended warranty through Zurich but Luther's service department told us that they tried to have Subaru cover it. Also, we have alredy had to have our air conditioning fixed when the car was about a year old. This is really disappointing and is not the quality level we would expect from Subaru. More
