Courteous Employee's, Fast Service, Great Environment Brought in a 2018 Subaru Outback for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted and processed through check-in. All employees I worked with--specifically, Sal and Mikayla--were extremely courteous and efficient throughout the entire process. The vehicle's oil was changed, tires rotated, and multi-point inspection completed in less than 30 minutes. During that time, I waited in a clean waiting room that had complimentary beverages and snacks (including fresh Caribou coffee). To top it off, the dealership offered me a complimentary carwash, which only added about five minutes to my wait time. Overall, this was easily one of the most pleasant vehicle service trips I have ever had. More

Lisa was extremely helpful!! If it wasn't for Lisa (manager of accelerated service) I would of probably taken my business elsewhere. I figured at least an hour for an oil change and when I got there they told me 2 hours. I don't have time to wait for 2 hours for an oil change. I pulled out of the garage, parked in customer parking, went inside and asked to speak to a manager. I voiced my frustrations to Lisa about how long it was going to take for an oil change, and I didn't have time to wait 2 hours, as I had another appointment to be at. Also, explained it was an inconvenience that you can't schedule an oil change appointment. I work 70 hour work weeks making it difficult to get everthing done I need to on 1 day off since you can't schedule an appointment. I have been a customer for over 16 years and to me it just seems that money making is more important than customer service. Lisa explained to me more bays for oil changes was opening soon and next year the new building for Acura was going to open. I hope these 2 things will help eliminate wait times for your regular customers, so they don't have to spend there whole day there waiting for an oil change and car wash. In the end I was very impressed as Lisa was able to get me an oil change and car wash done within an hour so I could make it to my other appointment on time. Lisa was very compassionate about my concerns, and went the extra mile to help me out. For that reason I will come back and hopefully it won't be a 2 hour wait. More

They did not try to push the tire sale actually advised that I could get a few more miles out of the tires. I decided to replace tires as winter now as winter driving was approaching. Gave me a fair quote and did a nice job on the install. Honest presentation and kept me posted on situation. More

When I asked him for shorter term options to lower the rate he said 60 MO was the same. When I told him the rate sucked and I might as well buy a new car he said "oh well there is a financing special for 1 percent for 36 months". Super sketchy. Youll want to take a shower after dealing with these slime xxxxx. More

Service rep very professional and explained that stink should dissipate soon... we’ll see. More
