0 for 2 First oil change they forget to put my cabin filter back in so that was 2 trips in one day after a 2 hour wait for the oil change. Second trip was for First oil change they forget to put my cabin filter back in so that was 2 trips in one day after a 2 hour wait for the oil change. Second trip was for oil change and fix a sticking ignition key. I waited over two hours only to find out the tech dropped a “critical clip” They’d have to order the part and would have to keep my car over the weekend. They gave me a loaner. Monday rolled around and I got a call that there are two parts to the clip and they only ordered one. They’d have to overnight the second part. My car would be ready Tuesday around 11am. Tuesday around noon I had to call them. My car was finally ready at 1. When I got in they hadn’t changed the due date for next service sticker. I hope they did the service! Mitch in service was really great and tried to assure me it won’t happen again. I sure hope not. Zero good feelings here in competence. More
