Initially charged extra for an oil change I had booked an appointment for my wife’s RDX and specifically requested just an oil change. When my wife showed up for the appointment, she was told I had booked an appointment for my wife’s RDX and specifically requested just an oil change. When my wife showed up for the appointment, she was told to get the entire B1 service package that cost $130. She did mention that we only needed an oil change as well. I had to call back explain my situation and had someone review the notes of my initial call of setting up the appointment- which clearly stated that we only needed an oil change. The service personnel did credit us back for the over charge, but still a bit disappointed as to why we were upsold on services and charged extra to begin with. We have been leasing our Acura’s and bringing them to the Bloomington Servive center for the past 4 years and have always had first class service. So I’m hoping this snafu was an anomaly and not a trend. Thanks and sorry for the long rambling message. Zees Dalal More

Had a totally different Quote that last time I had a quote to replace my antenna and brake pads last time i stopped by for service When i went back to fix it the price to fix the antenna what i I had a quote to replace my antenna and brake pads last time i stopped by for service When i went back to fix it the price to fix the antenna what i got last time and now if totally differnet almost or close to $300 difference. when i asked about it the got answer that this is the price and do you want to fix it ? obviously didn't fix it and just fixed brake pads. This is the first time i had this bad experience buts still it makes me to think wither to comeback here. More

Then she told me to just drive in and they will get me right in, so I did today but the they had a 2.5 hour wait and wanted me to sit there for over three hours. The service manager should have offered me a car, I drove in an hour and was turned away at 10am. If they would have offered me a car I would have returned it this evening. I just wanted an appointment and transparency of service. This is the second time we’ve had bad service here, once with our first Subaru and now with our second. I’m now out two hours of driving, no oil change, and loss time with work. You need to provide a call ahead service and appointments. More

Wait was too long and ridiculous charge I made an appointment for a light that was showing on the car. I just bought this car about 3: weeks ago and I figured I make an appointment and take my car to an Acura dealer. I got there on time for my 7am appointment. I didn't leave this dealership until 10:55am, this waa almost 4 hours wait and no one said a word to me until I asked. Guess what they charged me for 3 hours of labor to change break lining and change oil. What a rip-off. The guy I worked with Alex was a really nice guy but the wait time and charge was unjustified. Granted I was late to a conference I was attending and I had to cough up $458.00 unnecessary ($300) labor charge. More
