Mitch took care of everything! I had a leak in my wiper fluid hose and I took my car to Bloomington Subaru for the repair. Mitch diagnosed the problem immediately: I'd recently had I had a leak in my wiper fluid hose and I took my car to Bloomington Subaru for the repair. Mitch diagnosed the problem immediately: I'd recently had my cracked windshield replaced through my insurance company, and they had installed it in way that caused the tear in my wiper fluid tubing. While I was getting the run-around on the phone with the glass company, Mitch had my leak repaired and told me he didn't want me to be put through any more trouble. He sent me on my way and assured me that he would deal with the glass company directly to take care of the repair cost. Mitch went above and beyond to make my life easier. He deserves way more than 5-stars -- terrific experience with Bloomington Subaru! More

Transmission service 118000 miles on 2014 MDX car was hesitating at lower speeds--$360 for transmission fluid service and "update" the transmission software. $148/hour dia 118000 miles on 2014 MDX car was hesitating at lower speeds--$360 for transmission fluid service and "update" the transmission software. $148/hour diagnostic charge is not something I have had to pay for other Acura dealerships whenever I had my car serviced and can't help but feel taken advantage of. Customer service was polite and helpful-complimentary loaners always appreciated. Looking to buy another MDX or RDX currently and this just left me wondering about this dealership. More
