My service advisor, Randy, told me exactly what work was going to be completed, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. The complimentary beverages and snacks were of a good selection, kept well-stocked, and the area kept clean. My car was ready before the time they promised and it was washed and vacuumed (complimentary). No surprises, exactly as expected, perfectly ripened banana for a snack, finished early. free car wash. Frustrating. Five days ago I pulled in to quick services but the wait was 2 1/2 hrs so I said I would make an appointment. Natalie (nathalie?) did that for me. So Five days ago I pulled in to quick services but the wait was 2 1/2 hrs so I said I would make an appointment. Natalie (nathalie?) did that for me. So when I pulled in I went to her because no one else acted like they would take care of me. She said she would help but I could tell it wasn’t her job. I waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. Natalie saw me in the wait room and could see I was frustrated and said she would check on things. Ten minutes late she came out my paperwork and asked if Mitch had explained things to me. I had not heard a word from Mitch. From my perspective the only woman in the customer service area was doing all of the work and Mitch and the men were lazy oafs. I have been thinking of buying a car soon and watching all of those lay men made me think I should go back to the BMW shop (my other car) because men and women follow up. More
