Great service Took my car in 2 times, first time because I had an airbag light on. Brought my car in for other issues found during the first appointment, and was told it would be ready the next day, so I took a loaner. I had forgotten my apartment keys were on the same keychain as my car keys. So I frantically drove back to the dealership to get them. I found out my car was actually finished and got my car back, not just my apartment keys. More

Excellent service, great shuttle services, and flexibility i n servicing my vehicle without an appointment. Mitchell Rose scheduled me in even though my appointment was made in error to the wrong Subaru dealers n servicing my vehicle without an appointment. Routine oil change bad battery Routine oil service. Advised battery was not performing to standard & should be replaced . Battery had been replaced 1 yr prior & came with 5 yr warra Routine oil service. Advised battery was not performing to standard & should be replaced . Battery had been replaced 1 yr prior & came with 5 yr warranty . Followed up the next day with provider of replacement battery, tested & showed all was well. Not sure what happened with dealership test but does give me pause as to trustworthiness. More
