I think the battery should have been checked out on my first visit and replaced at that time. I came in the first time because when AAA started it the first time I had a warning message on my screen that said “remote was not recognized and if I turned off the car it may not start.” Take car to Acura service. Just as an FYI, I love that a curtsey car wash is done upon service if desired. Problem is they don’t wipe the car dry so there are water marks all over the body and windows. I have to wash the car again to remove the water marks created by your wash. More attention to drying the vechicle after you wash it would be appreciated. More

Fixed my issue with great service Had some initial speed bumps recreating the issue I was seeing, but once we did, they overnighted the part and got it fixed ahead of schedule. Routine service made easy High-five. I called the day before I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said "bring it by and we can work you in." They even High-five. I called the day before I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said "bring it by and we can work you in." They even gave me a loaner car. Drop-off was super easy. Pick-up was super easy even though closer to 9PM after a baseball game. Thanks Luther for making routine service super easy. More

I bought my 1999 Forester from the Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru in 2002 and I have always had great service from them. The 'waiting area' is very comfortable too. I had both front and rear brakes replaced so I was there for an extended period of time and appreciate the TV, snacks, fruit and beverages too !! We are 'car hunting' right now and we will by our next car from this dealership ! More
