Luther Bloomington Acura Subaru - Service Center

I have an old Acura MDX that’s giving me a lot of issues lately. While I’m frustrated with the car and the expense of the needed repair, I’m never frustrated with the service and response I get from my serv lately. He’s always so responsive and patient in explaining things to me. I also receive the same level of care and professionalism from the crew who check me in. There have been a few times when I get there to drop off my car 10-15 minutes before they close but they still maintain a friendly disposition and take the time to listen to my descriptions of what’s wrong with the car. They go above and beyond to explain the new features of my loaner car knowing that mine is old and doesn’t have all the new technology. Although I wish to never see these folks again, I appreciate the level of care I receive whenever I have to see them. More

Staff never fail to be friendly, attentive and helpful from time I make appointment for service to the end point of paying the bill. And that's why I have had my Subaru serviced and maintained at this dealership for years, ever since I bought my vehicle here. These people are tops!
