The service department did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. It was easy to schedule the appointment, but the scheduler misinformed me that the dealership would charge me for a loaner car whi fixing my problem. Hi, I was very pleased with my service advisor, Tom B. who was both professional and courteous and wore a mask throughout our interaction (as did all those working in the garage). However I wish that I did not have a service plan with this dealership after having to wait in the lobby only to realize that the entire workforce in the dealership do not wear masks. As a local physician and a caring citizen, I am appalled by the lack of community safety precautions. I ended up going for a 40 minute walk in 10 degree weather to stay safe while I waited for my service to be completed. Subaru claims to be about community, but it is obvious that this only goes as far as branding and not in real world action. When my lease is up I will think twice about where I invest for purchasing a vehicle, whereas before I was excited to buy a Subaru EV. More
