What was a 2-3 hour job turned into 7 days without my vehicle. I scheduled a job for a Saturday. After I made arrangements for a ride and left the car, they called me and said it wasn’t a job that they vehicle. I scheduled a job for a Saturday. I then had to get a loaner and was told they would dhave it completed by end of day on Monday. They called me Monday and said they has me the wrong part and they would order the correct one. The correct one showed up and it was broken. They then ordered it again and finally installed it the following Friday and I got my vehicle back late that afternoon. More
