It was quick and a prompt service. Nancy at service desk helped me with everything and answered all my questions. She was great! The car drove well after the service. The exterior looked clean and polished. Only minor thing I noticed was the interior wasn’t as clean as I had hoped for since I had paid extra for a spring cleanup in addition to the complementary routine checkup. It’s possible that the spring clean up doesn’t include interior cleaning. I am not aware of that. But splash marks on the inside of the car door were still there as well as Foot marks. Dust and lint were still visibly there including food crumbs on the seat. So I think the interiors weren’t cleaned which makes me think spring cleanup didn’t include interior cleaning. But overall a great job by a great team. Thank you for making my service a special one! More
