I really appreciate the shuttle service. Ben who sold me my car was wonderful and very helpful. The process to get my car scheduled so that I can get the work done on it that I paid extra for was painful. I was told I’d be called in 1-2 weeks to The process to get my car scheduled so that I can get the work done on it that I paid extra for was painful. I was told I’d be called in 1-2 weeks to schedule but 3 weeks went by. I understand things happen so I called at 3 weeks and they said they were behind and to give it another 1-2 weeks. I totally understood. I waited some more and no call. I called again and expressed that I have been having a tough time getting it scheduled and was told someone will call me the next day for sure.. no call. This happened 2 more times until I finally got my car scheduled. I’m pretty understanding and I politely explained my frustrations to the numerous people I talked to. I know things happen but it seemed almost impossible to get even just a call back. The services I got done on it was quick and they communicated that part well to me. Hopefully this was just a one off situation. I’ll be back and everyone I talked to was nice, it was just frustrating trying to get things scheduled. More
