The service I received when finally picking up my Sonata after months in the shop due to parts on back order was very poor. I was told that my car would be washed, and it wasn't. It was filthy after months on the service lot. I was told that I could go to "Bobby and Steve's for a free 'cage' for my new catalytic converter." When I called there, they said that they don't do that. After leaving, I emailed my Service Rep and copied the Service Manager and GM to email me copies of the invoices. No one ever responded to that request. Again, the chaos of the temporary work center due to construction is difficult, but it should not interrupt service delivery as significantly as it did. ' More
