Honestly it is a bit early for a review considering the work that was done but so far everything appears to be in good working order and the engine feels like a brand new engine I’m getting good gas Mileag work that was done but so far everything appears to be in good working order and the engine feels like a brand new engine I’m getting good gas Mileage and the engine sounds like a new engine...the oil looks great.....the thing that I don’t appreciate is the miscommunication everyone at Luther has as a team, I got different answers from different people about the same questions. I also don’t appreciate trying to be sold things that I can fix myself. 500 dollars for brakes? Seriously? Brakes are cheap and I can do them in a couple hours....the only reason I pay for oil changes is because I don’t have the space to do it myself. I understand you’re a business but relax a little bit, I really don’t want to come back for those reasons it makes me uncomfortable. More

I am so completely grateful for my experience. My engine went out on my Tuscan, despite having it for only a year. It started out a little dicey for me with whoever I spoke with in their service scheduling. went out on my Tuscan, despite having it for only a year. It started out a little dicey for me with whoever I spoke with in their service scheduling. Thankfully she got me in touch with their service drive manager and they took care of me right away. The service manager was really great about keeping me in the loop and reassuring me they could get me into a loaner while my car was being fixed. I’ve never been in a situation like this, but Austin in particular was very reassuring that they would take care of me. It took them a while to get the engine in, but they took care of it as quick as they could. I’m so happy with how communicative they were and how accommodating they were to help me out! I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this experience really blew me away! More

This dealer makes it so easy for any repair, highly recommend! I used to have to get up at 6am so I could drop my car, do the repair and then get to work. Completed major repair on vehicle. Took a few weeks to get parts in but was provided a new loaner car while the work was being done. The service department has implemented a system where you can send text get parts in but was provided a new loaner car while the work was being done. The service department has implemented a system where you can send text messages to your service rep which allows you to get through to speak with them/get updates on your repair MUCH faster. This dealership is not the closest one to where I live but I will take my vehicle here to get serviced every time because they do not try and sell you services you do not need. Thank you! More
