Brought my car in for a recall inspection, I asked for a courtesy car so I can run some errands while waiting. The rep told me all courtesy car has been used and also reassured me the process will only tak courtesy car so I can run some errands while waiting. The rep told me all courtesy car has been used and also reassured me the process will only take 1hr or less. Turned out the whole inspection took 1hr45min and close to 2hr out of the door. Overall I would prefer the Luther Hyundai in Burnsville over this location in Bloomington. More

Service center was rude, impatient. Appt for an engine performance assessment for a dangerous acceleration malfunction & engine class action lawsuit- they only ran codes.
