We were told everything would be covered we did our own oil changes and as such did not keep all the receipts over the years but they said that was fine because it was under warranty due to other issues. Despite several other large lawsuits against Hyundai they declined to cover this stating that we did not maintain because there was sludge on the valve cover the vehicle had a hunderd 102k miles And a neglected to fix the issue when we brought it in at the 1st failure stating that it was within the spec range. We have owned 5 Hyundai vehicles, all brand new. I can confidently tell you that we will never own another one after dealing with this issue More

Horrible service! Paid $4,200 for new engine and car sat there for over a month and they didn’t even wash it before giving it back. I had to pick up vehicle on my birthday and was going to return rental ca there for over a month and they didn’t even wash it before giving it back. I had to pick up vehicle on my birthday and was going to return rental car at 5:00 on my way to dinner because it was right on the way I was going. They texted me at 3 saying if I didn’t have it back by 4:09 they would charge me for it which was the first I headed that so I had to drop what I was doing and drive there only to wait in the lobby because they brought it back unwashed and I requested it to be washed. Turn the next morning it wouldn’t start because they didn’t replace the battery even though we requested it to be replaced. More

Scheduled appt for Saturday ( brought Friday night) for a calibration on camera system. Called Monday morning to come and pick up the vehicle. They said they didn't have time or man power on Saturday to comp calibration on camera system. Called Monday morning to come and pick up the vehicle. They said they didn't have time or man power on Saturday to complete the job. And it still wasn't done Monday morning. It actually didn't get done until late afternoon on monday. If it wasn't able to get done Saturday, why offer it for a Saturday appt ( so that we could pick it up Monday morning) if it wasn't going to get done until Monday anyways? Wasn't thrilled with the communication or expectations. More
