TERRIBLE experience servicing my Genesis at this service dept. Multiple trips were required to fix a handful of simple problems which were under warranty. Communication was horrendous and needed to contin dept. Multiple trips were required to fix a handful of simple problems which were under warranty. Communication was horrendous and needed to continuously be initiated by me in order for the work to get done. Documentation of work performed throughout the ordeal was sloppy at best. I initially escalated to the Service Manager but had little to no luck there and it was only after escalating to the General Manager of the dealership that I got any type of service whatsoever. Once the warranty expires I will most definitely not be going back. If I had the option of zero stars I would have rated it that way. More

Repair of the Kona took more than three months which seems on par given the national parts shortage. Communication with the dealership during this time fluctuated between dismal and helpful. They had a difficult time communicating with my insurance company, many misdirected emails and unanswered calls and messages. Each blamed the other. The car was returned to us with shattered glass in the second row and cargo areas and was filthy. We changed insurance companies because of their poor service and will not recommend or return to Luther Bloomington. More
I’ve never had a good experience from this dealer, and they’ve never followed up when asked. The experience is so frustrating that I am going to get rid of my Genesis.
