I got a recall taken care of and requested assistance with a key fob that wasn’t working well. It’s battery drains in 2 weeks. Recall service was fine but received minimal help with the fob and was tol with a key fob that wasn’t working well. It’s battery drains in 2 weeks. Recall service was fine but received minimal help with the fob and was told to go where I bought the car from to deal with it (another dealership). Was told I’d get a text when my car was ready. Text came 60-90 min after I left the dealership. I had to seek out the car myself when it was done. If I hadn’t I might still be in the lobby waiting for that text! More

Very professional I took my car in for a preventative maintenance procedure and was informed that there was a recall on the car. Even though the car was 8 years old, I I took my car in for a preventative maintenance procedure and was informed that there was a recall on the car. Even though the car was 8 years old, I was told the recall was still valid and there would be no cost to me. They ordered the recall needed for the recall and I was notified in a week the part was in and it could be installed while I waited. Great service More
