I was able to check in this time immediately. My service writer, Nancy was ready for me and was very professional in the way she handled my service issue. I was also wanting a bid on the vehicle and my salesperson, Josh Thomes, handled it superbly. He reached out to a manager and after the service was finished with my car, the manager took a look at the vehicle , drove it, then gave me a quote, to purchase it from me. I wish to thank all that I worked with that day, they all did an outstanding job on handling my requests. That's why I own three Hyundai, and have them service at Luther Bloomington Hyundai! More

My door handle cracked after normal use. The dealership refuses to cover this even though the vehicle isn’t even a year old. I was told they do not cover ‘outside factors’.
