I brought my brand new car there because I think the muffler or exhaust is very loud and rattles. They told me there is nothing wrong with it. I’m pretty disappointed. Went for an oil change, was told 30-60 minutes, i waited in the lounge. After an hour and 15 min I texted to see what was going on. Oh, it was ready. Today I turned on the AC in my and is wasn’t working, I went and bought AC coolant from O’reillys auto parts. I tried to recharge the coolant it didn’t work either. I went to mechanic and found out two of went and bought AC coolant from O’reillys auto parts. I tried to recharge the coolant it didn’t work either. I went to mechanic and found out two of wiring were not put back in their spot. its cost me money to do all this. I am sure my car did not need new coolant if the wire were put back on it’s place, my AC would have been working. I understand and appreciate the hard work mechanic do, but please next time check everting before I take car back. I am not making complaint, like I said I really like the service I get provided by Hyundai team in blooming. I just want to let you guys know what happened. Thank You More
