Disaster turned around My car completely broke down the night before a trip. I needed a whole new engine. I finally got my car back after about 2 months, but had a great rental provided and Carleen keeping me updated so was very happy with the service. More

Went out of town for a week and when I came back my car looked great, clean and I left my vehicle at the shop on Sunday and left the key in drop box. So far so good, but I haven’t actually picked up my vehicle yet. There was a crack on the windshield of the SUV I bought so it was supposed to be replaced...picking up tomorrow... so I’ll have to repor vehicle yet. GREAT Customer Service! Sean was the service agent that helped me with my 30,000 mile service appt. Besides that scheduled maintenance, I had 2 small nuts that fell off on m Sean was the service agent that helped me with my 30,000 mile service appt. Besides that scheduled maintenance, I had 2 small nuts that fell off on my trunk hatch and had a problem with my Bluetooth connection. He told me the Bluetooth problem required a $150 diagnostic charge. I declined. Sean offered to ask the technician to connect their phone to rule out the problem was with my phone. That was very nice. My appointment ended up being 30 minutes LESS than he quoted. I was very comfortable in their waiting room but was happy to be able to get back to work earlier than expected. I was also pleased to see that my 2014 Tucson (purchased new from this dealership) received a totally GREEN report card. I feel the daily care of my car was reflected in the report. They replaced the nuts for free and didn't find "problems" just to get more money out of me. After I paid for the scheduled service, Sean offered to sit in my car with me and look at my phone connection to Bluetooth. It turned out that my connection needed adjustments both on my phone and the cars touch screen. Sean spent the time to do both. I am not tech savvy and would have never been able to do the corrections that he did. I am grateful to Sean and his commitment to great customer service. Thank you Sean and Bloomington Hyundai. You went beyond my expectations to help me :) You deserve every one of those 5 stars! More
