Misdiagnosed Having to bring my car to dealer 4 times to completely fix my headlight. Very frustrating and inconvenient. The service manager I worked with was excellent. I give this service Manager a great review, because.... 1. He made my car top priority it felt with the turn around. 2. He educated me on what the possible cause was of the noise I was hearing and replaced the part that seemed to make the noise go away. 3. He was courteous and made the experience enjoyable which can be hard to find elsewhere. More

The service manager basically called me a liar. When meeting with the service manager for a torn seat that was looked at by the dealership previously and being told they would replace it, she accuse When meeting with the service manager for a torn seat that was looked at by the dealership previously and being told they would replace it, she accused me of lying and saying I had torn the seat myself and she would let Hyundai know exactly that it was my fault.
