Not the usual service standards I’ve been a faithful customer to Hyundai in Bloomington. I never take my car elsewhere but after this last experience, I’m rethinking my position. I went in for an oil change and service to inspect my hybrid belt. Upon returning to the service department my advisor literally handed me my paperwork and said here’s your car. Have a good day. Clearly I’m standing there reading my inspection details (first off my name wasn’t right so now I’m wondering if they even did what I needed, second, really dude? I have no idea what the health is of my hybrid belt, tire tread etc.). I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Austin did a poor job and needs to be addressed. I won’t be bringing my car to him for any reason. More

Excellent service My experience was great. The associate kept me informed through out the whole appointment. He sent text messages to update me, ask questions, and let My experience was great. Also then found some other parts that needed replacement and they could get it fixed very quickly. So everything was completed in a timely fashion. Very happy with my experience! very poor service They had my car there all day for a computer upgrade. I went to pick it up at 3:30 in the afternoon after dropping it off at 6:30 in the morning. No one seem to know where my car was when I got there. Then when they found it they realize they didn’t finish the upgrade and I had to wait another 45 minutes for it More
