Price gauging on parts, didn’t do what I asked. $125 for a $20 part is completely absurd. Long wait Wait to long for oil change and when i asked if they done the said yes but was still working on it. Over 1 and half hr just for standard oil change. Service Dept Not Well Organized I was greeted by the service manager, Carline who acknowledged my appointment time, reviewed the issue with the car, go in it and started the car. She I was greeted by the service manager, Carline who acknowledged my appointment time, reviewed the issue with the car, go in it and started the car. She left it running with the door open. I asked if I could get a ride somewhere and she said it was no problem. About 25 minutes later I went out to check on my ride and noticed the car still running with the car door still left open! My immediate was this woman's not very competent. Still no sign of a ride. I left (on foot). I later received a call that I needed a new radio. There was no write-up and no documentation of any work performed. I did not leave with the impression that this was a professionally run dealership and had it serviced elsewhere. More
