Its OK I wish the service adviser Matthew Haynie would have been more friendlier, care more and give more precise updates. When has been asked a question, he I wish the service adviser Matthew Haynie would have been more friendlier, care more and give more precise updates. When has been asked a question, he just simply didn't know an answer or simply didn't want to answer it. When he he texted me with an update to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle he didn't even mention the second issue or give an update to that, even though there was 2 issues on the ticket from the beginning. (The car was turned in with 2 issues)I had to call him and ask him about. Just in general this service advisor is not friendly and doesn't se?m to care much about customers! If you want real help and good relationship with your advisor, I'd talk to Dave B, he would give you a superior service and a smile!!! More

Problem diagnosed and repaired I brought my car in to have a transmission issue looked at. Although the problem took more than a day to repair, I was offered a short term rental car I brought my car in to have a transmission issue looked at. The issue was repaired and my car is once again functioning properly. More
