First time for service went well. Nice and organized intake. Bearing on steering wheel was replaced quickly. Inspection of brakes went fast also. A little confusing when leaving. My car was left dirty with grease on the steering wheel, the items in my car were misplaced, my state park stickers on my windshield were peeled off in pieces and not in the same place, a piece on the winds the items in my car were misplaced, my state park stickers on my windshield were peeled off in pieces and not in the same place, a piece on the windshield and mirror came apart. Jack did not acknowledge me when I picked my car up. I waited for him at his desk and he did not help me get my car and I was getting passed around to different people just to pay for my car. Usually I have a great experience and chose to get my windshield replaced with Luther, but this was a terrible experience. More
