Oil Change Went in for an oil change and $250 later I am out the door. 15000 mile check up and oil change cost me $250. whoa. I was there one hour and was charged $165 labor. No wonder the dealership looks like a casino. Don't get me wrong the employees were nice and hopefully the service is up to standards, but come on 165 labor for one hour. More

I was driven to my office by their shuttle service driver and that worked well. Jamie in the service area helped me clarify what I needed for the service and he also helped me utilize a discount coupon that I had previously received in the mail. My car was ready on time and the entire visit was handled professionally. Thank you. More

After test drive and hoist evaluation, Bob from either district Luther or Hyundai offered to go for a drive and explain how traction control functions. He spent nearly a half hour demonstrating, explaining, and answering my questions, and alleviating my concerns. This was extraordinary customer service. So patient and nice! I will be taking my car to Luther Bloomington for all my car service maintenance. Thank you! More
