Quick visit Was in for an oil change and an update to the software. Check in was quick and easy. Work was done and vehicle was washed. Nothing wrong with the dealer but am questioning my choice of car brand. Have had more recalls with this car than all the cars I have owned in the past combined. What happened to having a cleaner car? It's disappointing that having the inside window cleaned, the car vacuumed and also washed didn't happen. Quoting how long the service should take I was told it would take about 45 minutes and it was at least 30 minutes longer than that. An oil change shouldn't take that long.
