My Tucson has been in the repair shop six times since the end of January. The same problem seems to be reoccurring dealership. Can’t seem to figure out how to get a permanent fix on the issue. They were able to get my car schedule in pretty quick but when I was originally quoted, they quoted me for 8 hours of service and it was supposed to be .8 hours of service and $1,000 over what it was suppose when I was originally quoted, they quoted me for 8 hours of service and it was supposed to be .8 hours of service and $1,000 over what it was supposed to be. Not sure what would have happened if I didn’t ask for email confirmation. But they fixed my car got it back quick. More

I was in on April 24th for 4. 5 hours and they weren’t able to remedy any of my issues. Not a single one. I sent a video of the issue happening right after I left. The service rep 5 hours and they weren’t able to remedy any of my issues. Not a single one. I sent a video of the issue happening right after I left. The service rep said she’d show my tech and get back to me. She also promised me to call me to schedule the trim repair and wheel repair. It has now been 10 days and nobody will answer my texts, calls or anything. I am still waiting for my repairs but nobody will schedule or answer me. More

Not sure this is about the Service Center as much as the policy for the Tire and Wheel package add on. I have a bad tire and the estimate is about 2 months before it can be fixed under warranty? Therefore, I plan to cancel the Tire and Wheel package since its basically worthless to me if it cant warranty a tire fix in under a week. More
