When it suddenly went b My experience with Luther Bloomington Hyundai was excellent from beginning to end. I have come to rely on my back-up camera. When it suddenly went blank, I called and got an appointment for service the next day. When I came in, the service department was ready, I was welcomed in and they checked to see if the vehicle was under any recalls. Since there were no recalls, we agreed on the service needed. I then went into the waiting area and settled down to do some work that I brought. Within 90 minutes, I received an email, a text and a visit that told me my car was ready. The service technician explained what happened, and, best of all, that it was covered under the warranty. The whole experience was smooth and effective. More
AC back on! I had new AC components installed in May. The system worked fine until mid-July when no cool air was entering my car. I took it in to dealer immediately and had it checked out. It turned out to be a loose connection from compressor to air lines and the cool air was leaking out. It was fixed in timely manner and, with much relief, no charge to me. So far the AC is working fine. More

I am very happy with the customer service and the work done at this dealership! I live up in Blaine, but spend a lot of time in Richfield, so it's really only convenient to go here about 25% of the time, but I always find a way to get my car to Bloomington for work now! More
