I set up appointment and was told the work would take a few hours. The dealer said they would shuttle me to any nearby areas. I asked to go to Southdale Library and they would call when work was completed. I soon got a call from Jamie explaining the part they had in stock was defective and they would have to order new one. I was picked up from library and taken back to dealership where I was given a loaner car for the day. It was a 2018 Tuscan and there was no charge. My car was ready the next day-with cool air! The folks are very accommodating at Hyundai dealership. More
