We had a tire going flat that had a locked lug nut and no key, so we had problem! It was a Saturday morning and we drove into the service center unannounced. We knew they were busy but they were very welcoming, totally understood our situation and told us they could help us. I knew we would be taken care of because my previous experience had beefed great. We asked them to evaluate the leak to see if the tire could be repaired. We waited in the waiting room for a short time and the diagnosis came back. The tire had a screw and couldn’t be repaired, so two new tires were ordered, we got the car back a couple days later. We had all the lock nuts removed so we would never have this problem again. They did a great job! More

Was called to reschedule due to staffing issues. They gave me a choice of reschedule in two weeks, or drop off car day of and rent a car for $25 then pick up eod.
