Genesis is a premium brand. People that buy these cars should be treated differently. It was sold by Morrie's just before they sold out to you. Their delivery was to toss me the keys and wish me luck. They explained nothing because they knew nothing. They didn't even tell me the car had come in to the dealership. My friend with the G90's was there and saw it and called me. I think Genesis should be a stand alone dealership with staff that knows the features of the cars. Buyers should be made to feel they are part of an exclusive group and not price sensitive but rather appreciative of quality. I could have bought a Telluride or a Palisade locally and skipped having to drive to Mpls. for service. I bought the Genesis because it was a better automobile all around. I like the fact that it is the only GV80 in Mankato. Lexi in parts got me a cargo mat from Weathertec almost over night and called right away. I purchased the floor mats the last time I was in for service. Good people! More

Dropped my car off for service on 12/21/22. Left multiple voice mails seeking updates. I had to stop in for the only update I received which was they hadn’t looked at my Genesis yet. 8 weeks la Left multiple voice mails seeking updates. I had to stop in for the only update I received which was they hadn’t looked at my Genesis yet. 8 weeks later they contacted me that my car was fixed. Gave it back dirty and with 19 miles of gas left. Worst customer service I’ve received. Sent the GM a note about my experience. He responded with an apology. More
