Luther Bloomington misdiagnosed our vehicle (and charged us for it) and made us tow it from Bloomington to St. Cloud Hyundai. They originally diagnosed our vehicle as having a bad knock sensor but then changed their story and said our engine jumped time which would have to be covered under St. Cloud’s warranty so we had it towed. Once St. Cloud got it, it turned out it was a bad knock sensor all along which turns out is a well known issue of Hyundais and was covered under Hyundai warranty. While trying to get a hold of Nancy and the service manager we were offered no help and no messages were returned. Eventually Nancy from Luther Bloomington blocked my wife’s number. We have had no help from Luther or Hyundai in general. Hyundai doesn’t stand behind their dealers and Luther has not been an honest company to work with. I will never purchase another Hyundai at this point and will do my best my friends or family doesn’t ever have to deal with the crooks at Luther. More
Terrible service. Luther Bloomington Hyundai misdiagnosed our vehicle and we are out $879.14 and no one at the dealership will talk to us to help with our concerns. Na Luther Bloomington Hyundai misdiagnosed our vehicle and we are out $879.14 and no one at the dealership will talk to us to help with our concerns. Nancy even blocked my phone number. Luther Bloomintgton Hyundai told us we needed to have our engine replaced and that we need to have our vehicle towed to St Cloud Hyundia. The St. Cloud Hyundia found that our vehicle had a knock sensor issue which was covered under warranty and fixed it right away. Luther Bloomington Hyundia forced us to pay $351.18 for their misdiagnosis and forced us to pay for a tow from Bloomington to St Cloud $527.96. Now they will not even communicate with us or listen to our story. They will not help me with anything. They even blocked my phone number. I wish I could give 0 stars” More

They tech checked the diagnostic code P1326 and found that the Knock Sensor was faulty. He proceeded to change it out and install the latest programing from Hyundai. The wait was a little long for an oil change. Apparently I needed new air filter and I got a text asking if they should replace it. I never saw the text til after I left.
