We had our car towed in on a Sunday because it wouldn't start, they said they could not even look at it for 9 days. They could not offer us a loaner car because they had none available. When we bought the extended Hyundai warranty from the dealership we were told we would be offered a loaner car for extended repair times. Also, for routine maintenance like oil changes it takes weeks to get an appointment. Other dealerships offer same day service for these services. We feel we are being held captive because we paid a lot of money for the extended warranty and cannot get timely service or repairs from this dealership. More
