Front desk receptionist, Nancy, misinformed us that we qualified for free oil change, so we scheduled an appointment. However, on the day off, she said we weren’t eligible. Everyone was courteous. Repair work was good. My Genesis was there for several days and the repair only took a half hour. They should use a triage system like a hospital and Repair work was good. I have been coming to this dealership for my Sonata for 10 years. Always helpful, friendly and usually thorough service, especially when Jamie was there and a supervisor. Unfortunately there have been several visits now in the past 2 years where my battery, the air in my tires, and my lights were not checked yet “marked they were”., therefore having to come back to do so properly and get my headlight and tail light replaced. My most recent visit where I had my oil changed and tire rotation on 9/27/22, once again, I had a headlight out that wasn’t noted or changed, along with my battery not checked, therefore needing to come back to have these done. I was not given info on any needs of my car and simply just asked for payment to be checked out which was by a female who didn’t even say “Hello, do you have any questions”, nor even saying her name. She was shorter in height, blonde short hair, and possibly just helping out but this is still no excuse for not even acknowledging the above. Normally one of the attendants goes through things and also tells me where I’m at with my air and oil filters, explains the charges, and asks if there’s anything else I need. I also usually receive a car wash which has also not been done the last 3 visits here. The first time was apparently due to the malfunction of the car wash which is understandable. But now it seems they just simply don’t want to wash my car or vacuum the inside. Not sure if this is due to short staffing all throughout the country or if this location is going down hill in the customer service they provide. I’ve always felt so well taken care of and usually forget to give a review but since several things have now happened that have been missed, but still checked done on receipt as part of my oil change, I wanted to make sure to provide this feedback. Austin was the attendant checking me in and I felt I was bothering him as a customer with an appointment. I was quite surprised by this. I would like to keep coming to this location as I have again for 10 years and live close by. But if things are going to keep getting missed with my oil changes, I will have to go elsewhere. More
